PAS Education STORY
I have worked as an Educational Psychologist (EP) for over 11 years and in that time have extensive experience in both local authorities within England and also working as an EP in international schools in Europe and South East Asia. I have worked as a Principal Educational Psychologist for two London local authorities and also Head of Specialist Inclusion Services, supporting the implementation of the SEND agenda, cultivating a shared vision across the community and leading large teams of specilaist professionals to provide support to children, young people with additional needs and their families.

The delivery of training is an area I am passionate about and I have a lot of experience providing dynamic, interactive and informative training to large groups of education professionals, leadership teams and whole organisations. The training I have provided has been positively evaluated, contributes to effective CPD and leads to strategic decisions and action-planning.

I have worked with numerous organisations to implement strategic change, ensuring the outcomes achieved are bespoke, purposeful and observable.

At an individual level, I have throughout my career provided comprehensive assessments of children and young people with a range of SEND, that help provide further insight into their individual needs and support a collaborative approach to identifying effective outcomes and provision.

My experience and expertise in the field of educational psychology and special educational needs has led me to setup PAS Education to provide high quality support both in the UK and also internationally.
